Splendid service from start to finish! This was my first time printing, and Shaun was absolutely marvelous. Even when our designer didn't follow instructions, Shaun remained incredibly patient and guided us step-by-step through the process. The project was delivered on Jan 28th—way ahead of the expected Feb 3rd date! Quality: The paper not thin at all and the colors are as vibrant as we hoped. I had purchased A5 flyers and L shape folders for an event last week. I must say price was competitive and service was great though it would be best if the lead time was a wee bit faster although is understandable during this period of time. Would come back for more in the future!

I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me when I received a reply 5 minutes after sending it at around 4 a.m. It turned out to be real; this must be the fastest response I had ever received from a vendor. My team loved the feel of the matte laminated transparent stickers. Extremely responsive and professional, they delivered on their promises despite the tight timeline.
