Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place an order?

Kindly email your requirements to hi@sgprintz.com and we shall follow up with the quotation and other relevant details. 

What is the lead time for printing?

It depends on the product, specifications and day of your order. The average lead time is around 2 weeks for most products.

Please check with us the tentative date the printed materials will be ready before placing your order. Kindly inform us if you have a deadline to meet. 

There will be an express fee levied (applicable for some products only) if you require the printed materials slightly earlier.

 

Daily (Working Day) cut-off time: 12 p.m. Payment made after 12 p.m. will be considered as next working day order. 

What are the artwork requirements?

Kindly refer to the respective product’s webpage(s) for more details. Alternatively, you may email us for more information.

Do you provide artwork design service?

I am afraid we do not offer artwork design/editing currently.

All artwork submitted has to be print-ready as we will directly use your artwork for printing.

Am I allowed to edit/change my artwork after commencement of printing?

NO changes to your order are allowed to be made once your order has been processed. 

Your order will only be processed after artwork and payment confirmation. 

When do I need to collect my order by?

All printed materials are required to be collected within 3 weeks or 21 calendar days from date of email sent regarding the collection or else they will be disposed of without prior notice.

Do you provide free delivery?

Yes, we do under 3 scenarios.

1) All flyer/brochure orders in the quantities listed on our website

2) Business Cards: Minimum purchase of S$200

3) All other products: Minimum purchase of S$500

What are your delivery charges?

Business Cards (Singpost SmartPac)

$5 per location. Applicable for orders of 9 boxes and below. Orders of 10-18 boxes can be separated into 2 parcels upon request. (Total Price: S$10)

SmartPac parcels will only be delivered to the letterbox only. Please ensure the address provided is associated with a letterbox.

Please note that delivery will be made between 3 to 4 working days after we have mailed out your order via SingPost SmartPac.

Business Cards & All Other Products (Courier)

$20 per location (to all areas except those specified below)

$30 delivery charge for courier applies to the following areas: Mandai, Yishun, Sembawang, Woodlands, Bukit Batok, Bukit Panjang, Choa Chua Kang, Lim Chu Kang, Jurong, Tuas and Sentosa. 

Delivery location must be easily accessible via elevator (i.e. on the same storey as lift landing) if the location is not on the ground floor or must be on the same floor as the goods loading/unloading area.

Do your prices include GST?

All prices quoted are NETT, single design and based on self-collection.

What are your payment modes?

There are a few payment modes available, namely, bank transfer (PayNow is also accepted to our UEN), cheque or cash deposit (ATM only). The payment details can be found on the invoice sent to you once your order is confirmed.

DO NOT make payment via over the counter (OTC) cash deposits as a S$20 transaction fee will have to be borne by you before we proceed with the printing.

What are your payment terms?

Our payment term is full payment upon confirmation for all orders before we proceed with printing. 

Is your company GeBiz registered?

Yes, we are GeBiz registered. For Government institutions such as schools, we are able to issue e-invoice via Vendors@Gov platform.
