Synthetic Paper 0.18 mm L Shape Folder
Being made from mostly plastic, the synthetic paper has a smooth appearance and touch. As these sheets are 0.18mm, an l shape plastic folder made from this material will not tear easily and is highly lasting and durable.
The synthetic paper has a single side matte lamination that can be more prone to scratches.

What are the artwork submission requirements?
- Kindly download our template and incorporate your artwork for your l shape folder in Singapore.
- For 0.2 mm Transparent PP
- Please create a new layer and insert your required details such as logo, text etc at least 10 mm above the sealing edge within the black lines.
- White Base Artwork (if required) needs to be filled in CMY 0% K 100%
- For Synthetic Paper
- Please create a new layer and insert your required details such as logo, text etc within the blue lines (safe zone).

What are some design tips?
- The total CMYK value that we recommend for the artwork should not be more than 240%.
- Ensure font size is at least 7 pt; very small text may look good on screen but may not be legible when it is printed on the l shape plastic folder.
- Our printer uses CMYK colour code to print; we would advise you to create your artwork using CMYK colour code to have a better reproduction of the colours in the final print out as we would directly use the artwork sent to us for printing.
